The part you’ll play

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to design and develop appropriate analytics and tracking solutions. You will be involved in the overall process of implementation: designing the metric tagging plan, developing, testing, maintaining and auditing. Your role sits within the marketing tech team at SIGNA Sports United.

  • You will be the first point of contact for all tracking and web data acquisition topics and projects.
  • Ensure quality, transparency and legal compliance of our tracking setup.
  • Convert business requirements to proper functional digital analytics tags and rollout across our various online shops.
  • Arrange regular meetings to provide feedback and suggest improvements in digital analytics tag deployment.
  • Manage Google Analytics configurations including variables, classifications and processing rules.
  • Be a service provider by supporting Product and Marketing Teams with implementation of various A/B tests & personalization requirements.
  • Work in cross functional teams with Data and Engineering teams in implementing data solutions across the marketing technology stack to improve operational efficiency for the business.
  • Develop custom solutions using JavaScript within TMS for tracking user behavior by manipulating data from JavaScript objects, HTML markup, URLs and Cookies.
  • You will impact such important projects as Tealium CDP implementation, GA4 migration & server side tracking in a new and growing team.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Proven experience in Tag Management solution as Google Tag Manager, App tracking is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the implementation of web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics/ Google Analytics/ Adjust.
  • Experience in the implementation of A/B testing, personalization tools like Adobe Target/ Kameleoon/ Google Optimize/ Maxymiser / VWO.
  • Working knowledge of customer data platforms.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Passion for learning and adoption of new technologies.
  • Foster curiosity, creativity in a customer-centric mindset.
  • Hands-on mentality.
