Job Objective

In order to support our strong growth and to build a best-in-class centralized Global Finance function, we are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Finance leader who will assume the position Group Head of Finance Operations and Integrations for the SSU group.

The Group Head of Finance Operations and Integrations will be a part of the Group Accounting and Reporting team which is responsible for group accounting, reporting and the overall finance operations and integrations across the group. This role is critical to the SSU strategy in defining a group systems blueprint template which will facilitate a more central approach to the accounting teams globally. This role will work closely with the subsidiaries of the group in order to implement best practice operational finance processes and centralised systems. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Group Finance VP’s in designing an operating model for the finance group that can execute the company’s vision for both organic and inorganic growth.

The part you’ll play

  • Project manage the creation of group templates were applicable with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with Group IT to design and manage the migration to the target finance operating blueprint, including managing the ERP (SAP 4HANA) implementation.
  • Develop and implement centralised finance operational processes in relation to key finance objects within SAP and other tools as needed.
  • Partner with Group IT and other stakeholders to implement system tools for T&E, contract management and procurement, etc.
  • Partner with Group finance on the selection and lead the implementation of a Group planning and consolidation tool.
  • Develop a playbook to migrate and integrate acquired assets to the target financial blueprint expeditiously.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experienced Finance leader with broad and deep experience within large enterprise SAP implementations.
  • Multiple SAP full life cycle implementations is a perquisite for this role.
  • Finance Operations P2P, O2C and R2R process experience.
  • Approach challenges in a pragmatic and empathetic manner.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and build constructive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Team building.
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and lead by example.
