The part you’ll play

  • Responsible for IT Incident Management incl. design and steering at group level
  • Contact person for all questions related to this process
  • Control responsibility for the central IT Incident Management process within the scope of SOX compliance
  • Responsible for security when resolving incidents (quick resolution does not mean sacrificing security)
  • Ensures all activities follow the best practices & standards
  • Supporting and managing migrations of various on-prem applications to the cloud
  • Planning and conducting trainings and workshops 

What you’ll bring to the team

  • University degree in computer science or equivalent and ideally professional experience as an IT Incident Manager
  • Demonstrated understanding of business processes and incident management lifecycle (Ideally ITIL certified)
  • Strong service mentality and good communication skills in English (French or German in addition would be a plus)
  • Awareness of cyber security
  • Open minded, curious, willing to learn a lot in many domains.
  • Commitment, team spirit and analytical thinking
