- Specification and design of group-wide IT security requirements (e.g. hardening) and contribution in planning and implementation of IT security measures (e.g. network security)
- Handling and managing of security-relevant events and incidents incl. subsequent forensic analyses
- Continuous analysis and assessment of the threat situation, identification of attack patterns and security anomalies as well as their analysis and follow-up (Threat Intelligence)

The part you’ll play
What you’ll bring to the team
- Completed (technical) education or university studies in information technology (or similar), ideally with a focus on IT or Cyber Security
- Several years of professional experience in the field of IT and IT Security
- Deep and broad IT know-how (heterogenous infrastructure, cloud, on-prem, etc.)
- Sound technical expertise (e.g. in networking, active directory, firewall, NAC, proxy, etc.) with knowledge of current security technologies, requirements, processes as well as standards and best practices (e.g. NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO ISO2700x)
- Nice to have: Scripting capabilities (e.g. bash, power shell, python)
- Experience in creating and implementing IT security concepts
- Passion to thrive and discover new technologies and methodologies
- Proficient English, additional language skills are a plus
- Self-organized, analytical approach
- Strong communication and project management skills, confident appearance and persuasiveness
- Hands-on mentality
