- Support the consolidation team in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Work closely with the consolidation team and legal advisors in order to produce compliant SEC filings
- Prepare necessary periodic SEC filings
- Research and document SEC guidance and apply to SSU reportings
- Perform SOX controls in the respective areas and continuously look for improvement areas
- Provide information to external and internal auditors

Job Objective
For our highly motivated team in Berlin, we’re looking for an experienced external financial reporting specialist with robust IFRS capabilities and solid SEC-filing skills.
What you will be responsible for
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in the respective area within a US-listed company and/or equivalent hands-on experience in an audit firm
- BA-degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Ideally US-CPA degree or higher
- Attention to detail/strong analytical skills
- Fluent written and oral skills in English, German and/or French a plus
- Working knowledge in SAP and/or consolidation and reporting systems (e.g. Workiva/OneStream/IDL)
