- Effectively manage the technical integration of new companies with project management methodology.
- Partner with internal PMI team, external businesses, and tech teams.
- Develop roadmaps, project plans including budget and timelines.
- Monitor project KPIs and manage the project roll-out.
- Stakeholder management.
- Implement adequate communication packages to present derived results, recommendations, and solutions.

Job Objective:
The purpose of this role is to act as a Project Manager for the post-merger integration department by driving the execution and implementation of the tech integration for newly acquired companies.
You will be responsible for project management for several workstreams and integrations within the PMI department as well as external stakeholder management with the newly acquired companies across the world.

- Deep understanding of business processes on operational, technical, and tactical levels combined with project management experience.
- Ability to interact effectively across hierarchies, functions, and cultures.
- Experience in managing challenging situations and meetings.
- Ability to independently facilitate workshops on various topics in an output-oriented manner while dealing with a high number of different stakeholders.
