As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll be a crucial part of the team’s success, qualifying our hiring partner’s needs by identifying the key skills and experiences they value. The part you’ll play
- You own the end-to-end recruiting process from conducting comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers up to C-level, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Identify talent through creative sourcing channels (e.g., social networking, internet research, regular networking, building talent pools).
- You are your stakeholders’ trusted advisor concerning recruiting processes who ensures an amazing candidate experience and makes the best hiring decisions.
- You proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose creative solutions to solve them.
- Work with other members of the recruiting team to track goals, metrics, and performance of the team.
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
