As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll be a crucial part of the team’s success, qualifying our hiring partner’s needs by identifying the key skills and experiences they value. You'll develop new and innovative ways of locating and engaging candidates while striving to advance our diversity and engagement initiatives.

The part you’ll play

  • You own the end-to-end recruiting process from conducting comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers up to C-level, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Identify talent through creative sourcing channels (e.g., social networking, internet research, regular networking, building talent pools).
  • You are your stakeholders’ trusted advisor concerning recruiting processes who ensures an amazing candidate experience and makes the best hiring decisions.
  • You proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose creative solutions to solve them.
  • Work with other members of the recruiting team to track goals, metrics, and performance of the team.
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
  • You proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process through using data and KPI and propose creative and efficient solutions to solve them.
  • thorough understanding of candidate application systems, ideally SmartRecruiters is a plus

What you’ll bring to the team

  • +8 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, with several years in Tech and Product recruitment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills including C-level
  • Ability to create an outstanding candidate experience
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
  • A genuine interest for data and finding the root cause in problems
  • A good Tech Talent network
  • Internal Talent Management and Employer Branding would be a plus
  • Passion for Sports and Tech and a good sense of humour are very welcome :)
